The family of the late Marnie Wismer extend our heartfelt gratitude to family and friends who attended Marnie’s Celebration of Life and for donations, floral tributes, messages, cards and many acts of kindness. Thanks to Bill Young for preparing the gravesite and to Pastor Kelley Malloy for the lovely service. The song and music by Susan Holsgrove and Kenneth Purcell were beautiful. It was also wonderful to have special friends join family in sharing tributes to Marnie. Thank-you to Lois Palmer and Pat Downing (delivered for Peggy MacRae) for sharing such precious and touching memories. There were tears and laughter as you took us down memory lane. Last, but not least, a big thank-you to the Harrington Golden Age and Harrington Valley Community Center volunteers and all those in the community who donated food for the delicious luncheon. The outpouring of support and kindness will never be forgotten. Marnie is now resting peacefully overlooking the beautiful Harrington Valley that she loved so very much.
