Steven Malcolm Todd, born June 27, 1968, in the vibrant city of Montréal, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025 at 5:05pm, leaving a legacy of love and dedication that touched all who knew him. A devoted and caring individual, Steven’s life revolved around his family, but he never hesitated to help any individual that needed a helping hand. His commitment and love as a husband, father and son, were evident in every aspect of his life. As a family man, Steven’s heart was filled with pride and warmth, nurturing a home filled with joy and laughter. Sixteen wonderful years married and twenty-four beautiful years together with his wife Charlene Todd (MacArthur), to the day, was a testament to a love that withstood the test of time. Steven was a proud father, survived by his wonderful children; Belynda (affectionately known as Bella), Tyler, Mitchell, Leilani, Christian and Savannah. Each of them carries forward his values of dedication, love and resilience. He is also survived by his loving mother, Leilani, who provided a nurturing environment that shaped the remarkable man that Steven became. Predeceased by his father, Robert, Steven nonetheless cherished his father’s memory and carried his spirit in his heart. He is also survived by his brother Robert (Joywind). A special mention to Kenwyn Richards who was Steven’s godfather, whose love and support through Steven’s life meant so much to him. Steven will be fondly remembered by friends, family, and all who had the privilege to know him. His legacy of devotion and unwavering love for his family stands as a shining example of what it means to be truly connected to those we hold dear. Though he has left this world, his spirit and influence remain in the hearts of those he cherished most. With respect to Steve’s wishes there will be no services held. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hillcrest Funeral Home. A tree will be planted in his memory at the McAlpine Forever Forest.
