Olmstead, Vaughn

The family of the late Vaughn Olmstead wish to express their sincere appreciation to all those who supported us with expressions of sympathy and other acts of kindness during Vaughn’s illness and passing. Special thanks is expressed to Daniel St. Georges and Jim Ouellet for their many hours of labour, Jean Brodie for her day and night nursing care and other kind deeds, Janine Jalbert for her nursing care, Ben Pharand, Brian Bennett, Martin, Andrea, Heidi and Reuben Zihlmann for their assistance in various ways, and to Cindy Assaly, Claire Baranyi, Leola Meagher and Hebb and Eleanor Russell for their wonderful and ongoing gifts of delicious food. Thanks also to Pastor Scott and Rosie Sadlier for their ministry and the beautiful service, the Vankleek Hill Baptist Church for prayer-support and use of their facilities, and to Dr DiCintio, the staff of the Champlain LHIN, the Bayshore Nursing Agency, nurses Samantha and Shayla, and Hillcrest Funeral Home for their very kind and compassionate care. You all contributed to make Vaughn’s homegoing to our Lord as comfortable as possible. God has used you greatly for the blessing of Vaughn and his family.
