It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sarah Ann Lalonde of Cornwall, previously of Almonte on December 13, 2024; age 78 years. Sarah leaves to mourn her loving nieces and nephews; Madelaine MacMillan, Andrea Beriault, Rose Ann Lalonde, Pauline Carr, Christine Durouchie, Denise Poirier,
Brenda Pecore and Larry Derouchie and her brother Arthur. She was predeceased by her parents George and Emma (née Lecuyer) Lalonde and her siblings; William, Steven, Isaac, Frank, Robert and Lillian (late Andrew). In keeping with Sarah’s wishes, a funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Alexandria branch of the Munro and Morris Funeral Homes, 114 Main St. S, Alexandria, (613)525-2772 on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 11:00am and the family will be present to receive condolences from 9:00am to the time of the service.
