Fortier, Ann (Née Gordon)

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ann Fortier on June 30, 2025 at the age of 72 years, surrounded by the love of her family. Ann is survived by her husband of 53 years David, their children Kirsten, Shane and Amy as well as their grandchildren Brian, Alicia, Brooke and Hope. She leaves behind her loving mother Irene (late William), her brother Paul (Diane), nephews Bryce and Thomas, and her sister from another mother, Rose Miller. Ann was blessed with the love of the Fortier family, mother-in-law Joan (late Norman), sisters-in-law Diana (George), Margaret (Bryne), Norma (Jim), and brother-in-law Peter (Joan), as well as many nieces and nephews. Though Ann didn’t live in Prescott for many years, she cherished the friendship and memories she made there. Friends may be received on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 2pm to 2:50pm at The James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston). A Liturgy of the Word will take place in the Chapel at 3pm.
