Peacefully on Sunday January 7, 2024 at the Hawkesbury General Hospital William Leslie Curren originally of Saint-André-d’Avellin, Quebec passed away surrounded by his family at the age of 92. Loving husband of Audrey Curren (née Cleland). Predeceased by his parents William Curren and Olive (née McQuag). Dear father of Debbie (Bernie Traynor). Cherished grandfather of Jacob. Predeceased by all his brothers and sisters. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the Staff of the Hawkesbury General Hospital for the excellent care given. In respect of William’s wishes a Private Family Service will be held. In memory of William please consider a donation to The Kidney Foundation of Canada. A Tree of Remembrance will be planted in memory of William in the McAlpine Forever Forest in Vankleek Hill.
