It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Edward Broeckx, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 86. Beloved father of Jozef (Lucie), Johan (Louise), Dirk (Brenda) and Raphael (Sylvie). Loving grandfather of Vanessa (Matthew), Christine (Éric), Elisabeth (Jonathan), Matthew (Kayla), Krista (Adam), Michael, Jennifer, Kalem, Lisanne (Marc-Antoine) and Fanny (Joseph). Cherished great-grandfather of 10. Dear brother of Dymphna Broeckx and Jozef Broeckx. Edward will be missed by several nieces, nephews, friends, and family members from Belgium. Predeceased by his parents Jan and Maria (née Spapen), by his son Gert and by his brother Victor. The family will receive condolences in Ste-Euphémie Church – Casselman on Friday, January 20, 2023, from 10 am to 11 am followed by a Memorial Mass at 11 am.
