Beaulieu, Roma

Peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Manoir Carillon in Chute-à-Blondeau, ON, at the age of 88 years. Son of the late Unwin and Hélène (née Vallée) Beaulieu. Beloved husband of the late Johanne Miron (April 9, 2017). Loving father of Lucie Beaulieu (Michel Grandmaison), Michel Beaulieu (Josée Fournier) and Odette Beaulieu-Ranger (Stéphane Ranger). Proud grandfather of Patrick (Genevieve), Katherine (Brendan), Simon (Laurie), Frédéric (Josianne) and Caroline (Nikolas); and great grandfather of Brantley and Avery and 1 more “on the way”. Roma will be fondly remembered by Emmanuel (Roxanne) and their daughter Jade; his nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as many friends and neighbours. He was survived by his brother Rev. Yves Beaulieu c.s.v. (who passed 6 days after Roma); and predeceased by his brother Charles-Guy Beaulieu and sisters Dolores Duchesne, Genevieve Duchesne, Jeannine Rice, Cecile Beaulieu, Lorenza Brisebois and Eliette Beaulieu. The family will receive condolences on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Centre d’Action, 7888 rue Arthur Lavigne, Ste-Anne-de-Prescott, ON starting 10 am. A funeral will be held at 11am followed by an interment at Ste-Anne-de-Prescott Cemetery and a reception at Centre d’Action. Memorial donations to the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
