Barton, Bradley Bruce

With his loving family by his side, Bradley Bruce Barton passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 17 after a courageous and hard-fought battle with brain cancer. Brad met this challenge with remarkable strength and fearlessness, embodying the same unwavering spirit that touched everyone who knew him. Brad’s kindness, resilience, and deep love for his family left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to be in his presence. His quiet strength will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Brad is survived by his devoted wife, Emily Henkemans; cherished sons Elias and Mylo; and beloved daughter Freya. He was the treasured son of Bobbie Barton and the late Bruce Barton, and a proud brother to Barkley (Chantal), Brent (Terri) Barton and the late Brendon. Brad’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his nieces and nephews—Calleigh, Ella, Kasem, Loic, Mika, and Oceane—each of whom will carry forward the warmth and love he so generously shared.
