Barbara Hungerbuhler (nee Wilson) passed away suddenly at home in Saint-André-d’Argenteuil on May 1, 2023, at the age of 85. Beloved daughter of the late Edwin Kilgour Wilson and the late Winnifred Gee. Loving wife of 60 years to Anthony (Tony) Hungerbuhler. Cherished mother to Andrew (Brigitte Ouimet) and Christopher (Josée Rochefort). Proud grandmother of Tyler, Justine, Madison and Kelsey. Predeceased by her older sister, Jocelyn Steeves (Bill), she also leaves behind her sister, Elaine Copp (late Bill). The funeral service will be held on Saturday May 27, at The St-Andrews East Presbyterian Church, 5 John-Abbott St., Saint-André-d’Argenteuil, J0V 1X0. The family will be at the church to receive your condolences at 1:30 pm. A short service at 3 pm will be followed by a social gathering in the church hall to share stories about Barbara’s wonderful life. At the family’s request in lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Alzheimer’s Association in Barbara’s memory would be sincerely appreciated.
