Workshop: Proper Canning Techniques for Making Preserves

Hosted by the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network. Learn how to make preserves the safe way. Demystifying the art and science of conserving the harvest for winter. The workshop will take place in the large teaching kitchen of the Alfred College (in the basement). Please reserve your place by registering at agro-on.ca or email [email protected]. $50 (does not include supplies to make your own jam)
