Picnic with a Purpose

Join us for a fun-filled, upbeat afternoon of farm-to-table delights and lively activities at our fundraiser for Young Roots Farm. Young Roots Farm is part of Camp Amy Molson (CAM), an affordable overnight summer camp for Montreal youth aged 5-14 years. Throughout the summer, the farm empowers over 550 participants to develop a deeper connection with the earth and appreciate the nourishment it provides.

By attending our fundraiser, you not only indulge in delectable farm-fresh dishes crafted by renowned chefs, but you also contribute directly to the growth and sustainability of our farm and the impactful youth programs it supports.

SCHEDULE
12:00 pm: Farm Tours and Activities: Learn about our farming practices, indulge in delicious snacks and partake in some interactive activities..

1:30 pm: Outdoor Picnic Extravaganza: Experience a mouthwatering picnic featuring culinary creations by our talented chefs. Each course will be explained, allowing you to learn about the dish’s journey. DJ Jerico will provide an upbeat vibe, and a bar will have drinks for purchase. You can also purchase Young Roots Farm produce and products. Seating options are available indoors and outdoors.

3:30 pm: Mingle with Staff or Enjoy Water Activities: Take the opportunity to chat with the farm and camp staff. Indulge in swimming and boating at the nearby lake, embracing the natural surroundings and continuing the fun.

TICKETS
– Adults $100 ($60 tax receipt)
– Kids 7-13yrs $30 ($15 tax receipt)
– Kids 0-6 Free

The ticket price is the event cost plus a donation to Young Roots Farm. Tax receipts for the donation portion of the ticket will be provided after the event Tickets are for available for purchase online here: https://www.campamymolson.com/fundraiser.php
