Boot Camp – Be more ACTIVE! in Vankleek Hill

BOOT CAMP with Will is a group exercise class that mixes the traditional fitness movements and body weight exercises that we know, with interval and strength training. Andrée will coach you toward improving your long-term health and wellness goals through movements that will accommodate the fitness level of the participants in each class. This class will help increase endurance, build muscle, increase core strength and offer a complete body workout in a motivating group atmosphere. This class is best suited for intermediate fitness levels or higher and without any distinctions between men and women. Boot Camp will be offered Mondays at 7:00 PM and Thursdays at 6:00 PM for a 50 minute session.
