The Nation Municipality has announced that the latest phase of the Innovation Park in Limoges is now available for development. Mayor Francis Brière and members of the Municipality’s administrative team recently gathered on site to mark this important milestone for the community’s continued economic growth.

It supports local jobs, drives investment, and helps keep our tax base strong. With sixteen businesses now established and contributing to the business community in the region, this latest development offers approximately 42 acres of industrial land ready for development, with flexible lot sizes to accommodate a range of project needs. This newest site is zoned for industrial use and features key infrastructure and servicing options to support a wide range of commercial and light industrial projects.
Located near Highway 417, Innovation Park provides direct access to Ottawa, Montreal, and major transportation corridors.
