Residents of Grenville continued their year-long celebration of the 150th anniversary of the village on Saturday, July 4.
At Parc Desforges in the centre of the village, a country day and barbecue was held with live entertainment by Henri Band, whose lead singer, Robert Simard, is also the historian at the Musée régionale d’Argenteuil Regional Museum. Simard delivered a presentation on the history of Grenville before ticketholders enjoyed the sold-out meal.
