On Tuesday, April 14, Grenville-sur-la-Rouge Council awarded a $136,000 plus HST contract to MultiRoutes for the supply and application of dust suppressant for the 2026 season.
The contract was issued through a public tender, and two compliant bids were received. MultiRoutes submitted the lowest bid at $136,000 before taxes, followed by Les Entreprises Bouget Inc., which came in at $150,400 plus HST.
The awarded contract covers the supply and spreading of dust suppressant on municipal gravel roads during the 2026 season, a routine measure aimed at reducing dust and improving road conditions.
Council unanimously approved the contract without discussion.
