The Windsor Tavern in Vankleek Hill can be a quiet place on a Sunday afternoon, but Sunday, April 12 was different. Melanie Villeneuve, also known as Snow Bear to many in the community, and Isabel Deslauriers organized a Mini Arts and Craft Sale, and it was held at the tavern. Among the pints and quarts, the work of many local artists was on display and for sale. Prizes were also provided by local merchants including Stephanie’s Grill and Bar, Vhills Nutrition, The Cottage, The One Eleven Main Street Eatery, and the Windsor Tavern.
