The Review is proud to announce the launch of its new branding alongside the opening of its new retail store on October 24, 2025. Under the ownership of James Morgan since December 2024, this is a new chapter for the community newspaper — one that blends its more than 130 year legacy with a renewed digital presence and community focus.

A Fresh Look

The updated branding features a bold capital “R” as its anchor, paired with a clean, rounded typeface that reflects clarity and accessibility. A small blue dot and line extending from the wordmark symbolize connection and continuity — a nod to The Review’s evolving role across both print and digital formats. Our motto “The Review – Connecting Communities”, is a reflection of our purpose: to bring people together by sharing stories, amplifying local voices, and being a trusted source of information for the region.

The Review has long been part of daily life in Vankleek Hill,” said Publisher/Editor James Morgan. “Our new look reflects our energy moving forward, while staying rooted in the values that have always guided us.”

Store opens October 24

The Review’s gift shop, located at 76 Main Street East, will reopen with a selection of branded merchandise — including mugs, caps, totes, and postcards — along with Vankleek Hill-themed items and limited-edition ornaments. Purchases can be made in-store or online for local pickup. The store hours will be 9:30 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
