On Monday, June 30, and Tuesday, July 1, Champlain Township and the L’Orignal Firefighters Association hosted Canada Day celebrations at L’Orignal Park.
A musical performance by Justin Roy and fireworks kicked off the first night of celebrations, while Canada Day featured family festivities and games.
Popcorn, inflatable games, face painting, sports, a magic show, and the return of the grand waterslide encouraged families to brave the threat of thunderstorms to celebrate Canada’s confederation.
The L’Orignal Fire Department also had equipment and trucks on display for curious attendees.
