Some funny money has been floating around the region and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) want help from the public to find the suspect.
The Hawkesbury OPP Detachment has an ongoing investigation into the use of counterfeit cash in Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill, and Alexandria. The fake cash has been $100 bills.
The OPP recommends businesses and employees be vigilant when taking cash payments.
