The Vankleek Hill Tulip Fields were in full bloom on Thursday, May 15. The annual pick-your-own tulip garden relocated for its 2025 season to Ouimet Farms Adventure on County Road 10 at the west end of Vankleek Hill.
The fields were a busy place on May 15 with two groups of homeschooled children, and groups of senior citizens enjoying the profusion of colour and picking a few to take home.
According to Vankleek Hill Tulip Fields owner Sandra Bebbington, 250,000 to 300,000 tulip bulbs were planted at the site. All of the bulbs are Canadian and purchased from a producer on Prince Edward Island.
