Land values increased significantly across the Municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) d’Argenteuil in 2024.
According to the 2025 budget for the regional government, the land value of all properties combined in the nine municipalities which comprise the MRC totaled more than $8 billion as of September 15, 2024. The total value of all land across the MRC d’Argenteuil’s territory had increased by 24.4 per cent since September 15, 2023.
Argenteuil is an increasingly popular destination for residential homeowners and economic development.
According to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the average price of a home in Argenteuil was about $450,000 in January 2024. For January 2025, the estimated average price for a home in the region is about $525,000.
