This is a real Debby downer. Wet weather is on the way.

Environment Canada has issued a Rainfall Warning for all of Eastern Ontario, Southern Québec, and Western Québec. Rain is already in the forecast for Friday due to an approaching system from the south. Then, tropical storm Debby, currently swirling up the east coast, will arrive and bring a lot of rain. Amounts of 50 millimetres (2 inches) to 100 millimetres (4 inches) with locally higher amounts are expected.

Conservation and environment agencies are also warning of flash flooding due to heavy rain.
