Gibbs Honey was the buzz for Fun Friday at the Review

The Review office in Vankleek Hill was abuzz on Friday, March 22 while Gibbs Honey of Vankleek Hill offered a display of honey and honey products for visitors. Andrea Glenn of Gibbs Honey is an official honey sommelier and was offering visitors tastings of not only Gibbs’ products but also other varieties of honey from around the world. Glenn spoke with visitors about the different tastes and explained how the different food sources bees use affects the flavour, texture, and appearance of honey.
