The Sûreté du Québec is still trying to find a suspect in a bank robbery which happened in Lachute on June 28, 2023.
The male suspect showed up at a bank and allegedly demanded money by threatening an employee. He fled on foot with a sum of money. No one was hurt.
An image of the suspect was captured on the bank security camera. Here is the description of the suspect:
Age: between 45 and 55 years old
Height: approximately 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in)
Weight: between 63 and 67 kg (140 and 150 lb)
English speaking
At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a cap, glasses and a blue protective mask.
A dark-colored Nissan Pathfinder vehicle between the years 2013 and 2016 could be linked to the case.
