Pancakes and maple syrup are sweet enough, but helping others is even sweeter.
Sweet Dreams/Rêves Sucrés is back for a second year on Saturday, April 6 at the Centre d’Action community centre in Sainte-Anne-de-Prescott. The pancake meal is a fundraiser for the Make A Wish Foundation and is presented by the Cercle des fermières de Sainte-Anne-de-Prescott.
Make A Wish provides special opportunities for children with severe or life-threatening medical conditions.
Sweet Dreams/Rêves Sucrés takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 6. There will also be face painting, a clown show, and live music. The cost is $2 per pancake. The Centre d’Action community centre is located 7888 Rue Arthur-Lavigne, behind the church, in Sainte-Anne-de Prescott.
