Prescott-Russell Women’s Institute hosts Eastern Ontario convention

The Women’s Institute for Prescott-Russell hosted the Eastern Ontario convention at the Agricultural Hall at the Vankleek Hill Fairgrounds on Monday, October 24.

Guests from throughout the Eastern Ontario region attended the event, which featured as guest speaker Senator Rob Black.
