The Friends of the Champlain Library is once again organizing a fundraising event, ‘Read Between the Wines’, to support programs of the Champlain Library.
On Wednesday, September 14, at 6 p.m. at the Vankleek Hill Vineyard you can enjoy a literary experience while enjoying locally produced wines. The Vankleek Hill Vineyard is located at 3725 Dandy Road in Vankleek Hill.
Four authors will entertain you with readings from their books and will also have them available for purchase. Authors include Tom Cooper, Susan Jephcott, Samme Putzel, and Louise Sproule.
Tickets are $20 each and include a beverage of your choice. The Vankleek Hill Vineyard also offers a variety of beverages for purchase. Contact the Vineyard at vkhwine.com and place your order online for a personalized charcuterie board to further enhance your evening’s enjoyment.
Tickets can be purchased at the Champlain Library and at Home Hardware in Vankleek Hill. Space is limited so don’t delay!
