Two people are dead following a collision on the morning of Wednesday, August 24 in Brownsburg-Chatham.
According to the Sûreté du Québec, the collision between a car and heavy truck occurred at around 10:45 a.m. at the intersection of Route 327 and Rue de la Côte-Sinclair, which is between Brownsburg and Lachute.
The two people in the vehicle, a 56-year-old man and the 55-year-old passenger, were taken to hospital, but succumbed to their injuries there.
The driver of the truck, a 53-year-old man, was also transported to the hospital to be treated for shock.
