The Major Crimes Investigation Service of the Sûreté du Québec is asking for the public’s help in obtaining information involving situation which involved aggravated assault, forcible confinement and robbery. The situation on September 19, 2021, in Arundel.
On September 19, 2021, at least seven armed suspects entered a residence on chemin de la Rouge and detained the residents on the spot. They also allegedly assaulted a man who was near the event. The suspects allegedly fled with an amount of money and some items.
According to information obtained during the investigation, the suspects allegedly used a rented U-Haul cube truck which would have been rented in the days preceding the crime, from a U-Haul dealer in Lachine.
