Renovations will be made to the outdoor rink and a new activity area developed in Harrington.

On March 30, Argenteuil member of the National Assembly Agnès Grondin announced Harrington Township will receive $64,714.30 for the project from a Québec government program designed to support small scale sports and recreational activities in municipalities with populations below 10,000.

The Harrington funding is part of a total of $199,205.33 Grondin announced for projects across the Argenteuil electoral district, which includes municipalities outside the MRC d’Argenteuil. The other three projects are in the MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut, Arundel, and Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard.
