A former fire station in Clarence-Rockland is up for sale.

A new combined fire and paramedic station in Bourget opened late in the summer of 2019. On March 17, the City of Clarence-Rockland listed the former fire station at 2163 Laval Street on the market with an asking price of $259,900.

The 2,294 square foot building on 0.3 acres of land was constructed in 1975. The property is zoned Village-Mixed Use (VM).

The building has two garage doors on the ground level and a second-floor mezzanine/storage room. A small office and bathroom are also located inside. The property is connected to the municipal water system and has the original septic tank. In 2021, the property taxes for the former Bourget fire station were $3,705.
