A grant from the Québec government will be used to improve a municipal road in the Township of Gore.

On February 24, Argenteuil Member of the National Assembly Agnès Grondin, announced the government is providing $147,636 to the township for work on chemin Shrewsbury. The road connects Route 329 to Wentworth.

The grant for Gore is part of the $120 million in local roads assistance the government had pledged for municipalities across Québec in its November 2021 economic update.
