Santa Claus is going to be busy in local communities this weekend with parades going on in three towns on three days.

Area parades are being held in Lachute, Hawkesbury and Rockland from Friday, December 3 through Sunday, December 5. Some communities have cancelled their Christmas parades, including Vankleek Hill, which will not be hosting its regular Santa Claus parade this year.

Here is a summary of the three parades which will be taking place in Prescott-Russell and Argenteuil.

The parade will go south on avenue Bethany and then turn west onto boulevard Tessier and end at the intersection of Tessier and rue Mary.
