Police are investigating a significant theft of equipment from a business in Champlain Township.
On October 18, at 7:30 a.m., Hawkesbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a pickup truck, trailer and backhoe tractor being taken from a business on Highway 34.
An investigation indicated that sometime between 9 p.m. on October 17 and 7:30 p.m. on October 18, unknown individuals removed the following items:
· 2001 Ford F-450, white in color, with “Les Serres Legault” on sides, with Ontario License number BA10765
· 2014, Sure Trac trailer, black in color with Ontario license number M55455M
· 2013, Kubota Backhoe U17, Orange in color
