The vaccination schedule related to protection against COVID-19 seems to be top of mind for most Ontario residents right now.
We learned this morning that Glengarry-Prescott-Russell MP Francis Drouin’s office is working with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) on a document that will be distributed to the people of Glengarry-Prescott-Russell. They are waiting for some details on where and how people will be able to register and schedule their appointments for a vaccine.
Drouin’s office noted that the vaccination roll out is a provincial jurisdiction and they are working hard to obtain the most updated information. The EOHU is still waiting for some clarification form the provincial ministry.
It is hoped that the information document will be released around March 16.
