On Tuesday, December 1st, 2020, shortly before 2 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a theft complaint at a pharmacy on Laurier Street in Rockland.

An unknown male attended the location and stole merchandise with a total value of $200.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the person of interest, with the following descriptions:

  • Caucasian
  • Medium build
  • Wearing a mask, dark pants, a camo jacket with a hoodie and brown boots
