Music changes how you think. If you are in need of a musical diversion over the holidays, there are a series of online concerts available at your fingertips.

Ken Duff, known for his local involvement in music and as an organizer of Vankleek Hill’s Porchfest, has been assisting with the organizing of a series of online concerts for the 4KORNERS community development organization serving Deux Montagnes, Argenteuil and the Laurentians.

During the past few months, 33 weeks of 30-minute performances have taken place and have attracted up to 300 viewers at a time. You can find all of these concerts here: https://www.facebook.com/4KornersCenter. Duff says that the concerts are in the process of being uploaded to Youtube.

Many of the 30 artists who have volunteered to perform over the last nine months have agreed to participate in an online Christmas concert which will be broadcast on Facebook Sunday December 27 at 7:30 p.m. Duff says he wants to get the word out to those who may be isolated during this time – but all are invited to take in the virtual concerts.
