The City of Clarence-Rockland tabled its 2021 Draft Budget and citizens are invited to consult the document and provide comments.
The Draft Budget has been uploaded to the municipal website www.clarence-rockland.com at the following link https://bit.ly/2FH4WbY.
Municipal Council will hold their budget discussions during Committee of the Whole meetings on November 3, 4 and 5, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Due to the pandemic, these meetings will be virtual via Zoom and broadcast on Facebook Live.
Residents will be able to participate and provide their comments/questions before 3 p.m. on October 30, 2020 through the following methods:
o by sending an email at [email protected] .
o by depositing a letter to the attention of Budget 2021 in the drop box located outside the Client Service Centre at City Hall or by contacting Client Service Centre at 613-446-6022.
Comments and/or questions will be included in the agenda and will be public. Anonymous comments and/or questions will not be considered.
Those interested in making a presentation or delegation must register before 3 p.m. on October 28 by contacting the Clerk’s Office by email at [email protected] or by phone at 613-446-6022 ext. 2300.
The budget deliberations can be followed on Facebook Live on the Cité de / City of Clarence-Rockland page. It is important to note that comments on this platform will not be taken into consideration.
