On Thursday, August 6, 2020, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a suspicious person complaint, on Castlebeau Street in Embrun, Ontario.

An unknown male had attempted to enter a residence twice.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying a person of interest with the following description:

The male is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Height: Between 5’4″ (162 cm) and 5’8″ (172 cm)
  • Thin build
  • Wearing dark track pants, black shoes and a tie-dyed type hoodie with a logo of either a dragon or lion on the front and back.
