A long traffic detour will begin on Monday in Mille-Isles.
The Ministère des Transports du Québec is informing road users that, as part of paving and culvert replacement work being carried out on chemin Mille-Isles, a complete closure is scheduled for July 6 to 17.
From July 6 to 8, chemin de Mille-Isles will be closed to traffic between the intersections of chemin Black and chemin Raymond for the replacement of a culvert. After that time, the work will take place between Chemin Black and chemin Cambria.
The transport department is suggesting road users to use the recommended detour on Route 329, Route 364, Autoroute 15, and boulevard de La Salette. The detour is approximately 50 kilometres.
The work is to be completed by mid-August.
