On Wednesday, June 3, 2020, shortly after 8:50 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a theft complaint in a drug store in Embrun.

Two unknown females and a male came into the store. The male spoke to an employee and during that time, it is suspected that the two females took numerous items with a value of approximately $8,000.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying three persons of interest.

The male is described as Middle-Eastern, with a Middle-Eastern accent, full beard, short dark hair, medium build, approximately 5’9″ (178 cm) and 185-190 lbs (85-90 kg), believed to be about 30-years-old and was wearing a black t-shirt with skull graphic and jeans

One female is described as Middle-Eastern, medium build, long black hair styled in a ponytail, approximately 5’4″ (163 cm) and 130-140 lbs (59-63 kg). She’s believed to be between 25 and 30 years old.

The other female is described as Middle-Eastern, thin build, long black hair styled in a ponytail, approximately 5’5″ (165 cm) and 130-140 lbs (59-63 kg). Also believed to be between 25 and 30 years old.
