Clarence-Rockland spells out the rules for Easter weekend during this time of COVID-19, but in a lighter vein, says you can eat as much chocolate as you want

Ontario Premier Doug Ford declared yesterday that the Easter Bunny an essential service provider, to the joy of the province’s children. Several celebrations will take place in the coming days and the City of Clarence-Rockland would like to give you some tips on how to celebrate safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Province of Ontario has said that people should not gather in groups of more than 5 people unless there are more than 5 people in your family that live with you. However, it is still possible to;

— Use technology to connect with others;

—  Spend more time with your own family who live with you;

— Create new traditions at home;

— View a religious assembly on television or the Internet, according to the arrangements of your congregation; and

— Eat chocolate as much as you want.
