The Prescott-Russell Arts Council is inviting local and regional artists to participate in “Festiv’Arts”, an exhibit taking place for the seventh year at the Casselman Christmas Festival.
The Casselman Christmas Festival will take place from November 28 to December 1, 2019. The artist event takes place on Saturday, November 30 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 750 Principale Street. It is recommended that artists have a nameplate to identify their kiosk.
