Canadian Library Month continues at the Champlain Library until the end of the October.  There is still an opportunity to enter a draw for a chance to win a library book bag, a book in English and one in French.  Patrons can enter the draw each time they borrow a library item.

The Food for Fines campaign is available to help patrons pay off their library late fees with new canned or boxed food items.  Food will be applied to library late fees only, 1 food item = $1.00.  The library is also a regular drop off location for the Vankleek Hill food bank throughout the year.

Don’t miss out on the giant book sale of English and French books for adults, teens and children.  Proceeds from the sale will go towards upgrading technology in the library.

Looking for something to do before the month of November sets in – visit the Champlain Library at 94 Main Street in Vankleek Hill during Canadian Library Month.  For more information call 613-678-2216 or visit www.bc-cl.ca.
