REQUEST FOR TENDERS
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF LA GRANDE MONTÉE ROAD
Tenders, sealed in envelopes, which shall be clearly marked as to contents will be received at the Township of East Hawkesbury office at 5151 County Road 14, P.O. Box 340, St-Eugène, Ontario K0B 1P0.
2:00 p.m. local time, Friday August 30, 2019.
And will be opened publicly at the same address at 2:05 p.m.
The work consist of supplying and placing ± 39,000 tonnes of crusher run limestone (Gran A) and supplying and placing ± 6,800 tonnes of HL-4 asphalt.
The tenders documents will be distributed at a MANDATORY job site meeting scheduled at 5151 County Road 14, St-Eugène, Ontario at 10:00 a.m. Friday August 23, 2019.

Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed with the contractor chosen by Council.
The Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Des soumissions scellées dans les enveloppes fournies et libellées portant une mention respective seront reçues au bureau du greffier, Canton Hawkesbury Est, 5151 chemin de comté 14, C.P. 340, St-Eugène, Ontario, K0B 1P0.
Jusqu’à 14h00, heure locale le vendredi, 30 Août 2019 pour les travaux suivants.
Les travaux consistent à fournir et placer ± 39,000 tonnes de pierres concassées «Gran A « et fournier et placer ± 6,800 tonnes d’asphalte HL-4.
Les soumissions seront ouvertes à 14h05, heure locale le même jour dans la Salle du Conseil, à l’adresse mentionnée ci-haut.
Ne seront considérées que les soumissions préparées sur les documents officiels fournis par la municipalité.
