Two art exhibitions opened last weekend in North Glengarry. At the Glengarry Pioneer Museum in Dunvegan, almost 100 art works by members of the Glengarry Artists’ Collective are on display. The art exhibition continues to Sunday, July 14. Over at the SDG Library in Alexandria, Anne Wylemans is holding a solo exhibition of acrylic paintings. Wylemans’ exhibition is on until July 30.
- Henry Hamelin of Green Valley holds his concrete and wood “Faerie House”. Hamelin’s acrylic painting “Jaws” is shown in the upper right.
- Anne Wylemans of Ingleside next to her acrylic painting “Sheer Tango” at the Alexandria library. Wylemans has also produced a calendar containing prints of her artworks.
