On May 20, 2019, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a disturbance at a long-term care facility in the City of Clarence-Rockland, Ontario.
The investigation revealed that an altercation occurred between an employee and an elderly female.
As a result of the investigation, a 63-year-old Rockland woman was charged with:
• Assault Causing Bodily Harm CC 267(b)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on June 19, 2019.
