Additional charges laid against Casselman massage therapist

On January 10, 2019, officers from the Russell County Detachment Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male on sexual-related offenses that occurred in November 2017.

As a result of the initial media release seeking to identify possible victims, Stéphane RACINE, 50 years of age of Casselman, Ontario charged with four additional counts of:

  • Sexual Assault S.271 Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC

Police are still attempting to identify any other possible victims of similar crimes. Any person with information regarding the investigation is requested to contact the toll free at 1-888-310-1122, should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), where you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2000.
