Moose Creek Carnival February 1 to 4, 2019

The Moose Creek Winter Carnival is set for February 1 through 4 2019.

Activities which can be enjoyed all weekend include a 4-on-4 hockey tournament (contact Ryan at 613-551-9048 to register), snow soccer (no registration required), a snow sculpture contest (upload a photo to the Facebook page for a chance to win prizes), and public skating at the Ball Diamond Outdoor Rink.

On Friday, February 1, a Yuk Yuk’s evening starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance or pay $25 at the door! A kids outdoor movie takes place at 7 p.m., sponsored by the Moose Creek Optimist Club.

On Saturday, February 2, it’s the snowmobile poker run. Contact Eric at 613-551-3913 for info. Registration takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Kids events take place from 12 noon to 5 p.m., including Nerf Wars, crafts and snowshoe adventures.

A chili supper takes place that evening, starting at 5 p.m.

On Sunday, the Firemen’s Breakfast takes place from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.  A euchre afternoon starts at 1 p.m. in the hall (downstairs). The cost is $7 per player.

This event is organized by Moose Creek Recreation.
